Comprehensive master plan including five ball fields, one soccer field, one football field, one multipurpose field, a practice field, four tennis courts, four volleyball courts, two playgrounds, a 25,000 s.f. multi-purpose building that houses basketball, locker and meeting rooms, and a seven lane competitive outdoor pool. In addition to these active recreational facilities, passive opportunities were incorporated into the program, including a preserved natural area with a woodland trail. Sufficient parking for this facility includes 450 spaces.

The master plan was used for funding purposes and public input.
