Teamwork

My personal project experience has involved a high degree of collaboration, often interdisciplinary.  It’s always been rewarding for both process and product.  Experiences with several accomplished architects and landscape architects in the lead role fostered such appreciation of the dynamics of collaboration.  Working with notables such as Santiago Calatrava, numerous principals at TVS Design, Jon Pickard (Pickard Chilton), Peter Dominick (Urban Design Group) or landscape architects Jeri Oka (Jerde Partnership), Alan Ward (Sasaki), Carol Johnson and Isabel Greene, I’ve found great value in sharing both thought and discussion during the process.  Such actions address the heart of design and help shape decisions at many levels along the way.  These end up having a significant impact on the product.  At the same time, we’ve shared in achieving something worthwhile.
